Implementation of the Quality Management System and respective Certification according to the NP EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
In February of 2007, Telbit decided to develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) and it’s respective Certification according to the NP EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. This certification will lead to a process reorganization that will raise and promote the relationship of trust with our customers and partners. Upon exceeding it’s necessities and with expectations reaching new excellency levels, we intend to guarantee a continued effort of higher quality and continuous improvement of our products and services. Increasing motivational levels is an issue that Telbit will give particular attention through the continuous improvement of its team's qualifications.
